Maria has recently joined SPF team last 2015. As Client Service Manager, she acts as a liaison between customers and the sales & leasing team department making sure that the lines of communication remain open and active. She is also managing the CRM platform mainly used for listings and lead assigning along with the Client Service team composed of 8 other administrators.
Customer service is an integral part of SPF’s value proposition. Implemented feedback loops allow us to capture feedback to improve customer service and ensure that quality and service exceed our customer expectations.
Maria graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science major in Psychology in Manila, Philippines. Prior to joining SPF, Maria worked as a Client Relations Manager for over 4 years in Dubai real estate and held previous management position in retail.
